Where are the "partners"?
My partners are all independent contractors or small firms with whom I have worked for a minimum of 7 years, some 15+ years. I include them in client engagements as needed, and at the right time, to ensure clients do not pay for unnecessary overhead or things they don't need.
How does a typical engagement work?
There is no "typical" engagement, but most fall into one of two categories:
- Long-term engagements that are broad in scope and where I step in as a member of your Executive team on a contract basis. These are retainer-based and can extend for several years.
- Project-based engagements with a defined scope and set of deliverables. These range in duration from a few months to a year.
We do not work on an hourly fee basis.
